Kallie's 4th Birthday

My little girl is so grown up! I have to admit though, it is like she has been 4 for a year already so I guess she is catching up with her maturity.

Kallie had been waiting for her birthday for months! She was so excited once the day finally came. She had pancakes for breakfast and went out to McDonalds with Grandma Stott for lunch.
Grandpa Soren and Grandma Nina came by for pizza and dessert. Kallie was spoiled rotten!

The kids had to pull out all their baby books and show grandma every picture.

A Dora umbrella! That she picked out.
A bazillion magnetic dolls and accessories!

Kallie specifically asked for apple pie and ice cream.

The following day, Friday December 9th, Kallie had her friend party. It was a Polar Express party and the kids all came in their pajamas with their train ticket (invite). We started out by making reindeer ornaments. I made candy trains for them while they did them (a little too intense of a craft for them). Koby the conductor took the kids tickets and they boarded the train. On the train (I should have taken pictures. Cardboard boxes decorated and lined up to make a train), I read them the Polar Express book. They each got a bell necklace like the one in the book. We then watched a few YouTube movie clips, played a bean bag toss game of getting the food into the reindeer's mouth, and ate cake and opened presents.

We had to fit in a girly pink birthday cake.

Kallie loved her birthday and it was a huge success! We only had 1 1/2 hours but we whipped things out. Perfect! I love my sweet Kallie and she brings spice to my life.
