I do have children

I seem to go in cycles in blogging about random stuff and blogging about the kids. I haven't blogged about the kids in a long time so here is a good long post of lots of pictures.

Brigg is 3 3/4 years old. He is very talkative and social although he has his shy moments. He loves playing with friends and cousins, playing computer, watching movies and tv, playing outside, and eating candy. He is a funny kid. He loves going to preschool and tells me every time he goes that he is going to be happy.

Here he is with his preschool group at our Halloween party. They are cute kids.

Dressing up in his creative get-ups.... and underneath the hat is...

Kallie's headband

Taking a nature hike

Kallie is 11 months old (!! holy heck!) in 4 days. Time has FLOWN. She has been busy. She started crawling at 7 months and took her first steps at 9 months. Her walking skills have taken off the last month. She walks everywhere and loves being a big girl. She has 7 teeth and she is anti baby food unless it has lots of chunks. She loves eating any food we eat. She is a beautiful girl albeit quite bald. We like to call her hair style the Mulhawk- a nice mullet with a patch of mohawk. It is quite trendy this year in baby world. We like to keep our kids up with the trends. She is sleeping better. She can say mama, dada, bah (Brigg) and bye. She gets so excited when Daddy comes home from work. She is very feisty and likes to get her way. She has a nice gutteral grrrrr when she is mad. I'm not sure yet, but I don't think I will have a dainty little girl. Which might be good since she is the only girl her age at church. She needs some feistyness if she is going to be surrounded by boys.

She LOVES to play on the stairs. Mom does not so much love this.

Eating apples...

Tomatoes...

and avacado.

Totally digging the walking thing.

And even some John Travolta dancing.

And helping mom cook.

It is so fun to see Kallie and Brigg interact. They totally adore each other. It amazes me that they have been interacting and playing together even though Kallie is still quite young. It is so fun to see. Kallie completely holds her own and usually she is the one doing any beating up. Brigg is very gentle with her. Kallie is fiesty. Here is a little proof...

Brigg loves his sister

Brigg not feeling well so Kallie and I snuggled with him.
