Recent pictures
I thought I would post a few recent pictures since babies change so much the first few days. Maren is doing great and has been sleeping almost non-stop. This morning she was up for a 4 hour stretch so that is the most she has been awake other than right after birth. She also slept a 4 1/2 hour stretch last night! Too bad I was awake for half of that. :) We will get it all figured out though. She is eating well but we are also trying to get that all worked out as well. What a PAIN!! I'm taking it very easy, trying to rest and get back into life and adjusting to a new member of the family as well as new family dynamics. All the staying at home means a lot of reading and watching TV/ movies. It kinda makes me stir crazy.

I'm so excited to hear your story, and I'm sorry about how overwhelmed it seems. I have no advice (being a mom of two) other than to lower your expectations and take it slow. Don't let anybody make you feel guilty about anything, and cut yourself some slack. YOU JUST HAD A BABY! In pre-modern times, women were given months of support from the village after having a baby. I hope you get lots of support and help!

She really is beautiful! I want to hear the birth story but I don't at the same time. I'm getting close to my due date that I'm a mixture of ready/excited/scared. Ready or not life will be good and different. Good luck and if you learn some tricks with three, pass them my way:)
