Baby heart rate in 140's. Uterus measuring 38 cm.
Patient 6 days past due date of Nov. 28th. Patient discussed a possible later due date according to documented basal body temperatures at time of ovulation. Possible due date of Nov. 30th. Will keep Nov. 28th as due date anyway.
Dilation: 2+
Effacement: 90%
Head station: -1
Membranes stripped again.
Shook baby's hand. Played with her 4 little fingers.
Patient will be seen Friday, Dec. 7 for re-evaluation and non-stress test. Will discuss being induced Sat. Dec. 8th.
I sure hope she decides to come on her own but if you have to induced at least you will be done waiting. Even if you need pitocin I know you will be able to do it. And however you choose to labor, you are informed and you will make the best choices for you and your baby. Good luck!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteMy sister has a digital scrapbook program and she made the header for me. I can't take any credit. But I will get the name of it. When you have pictures of your new little family I probably could even ask my sister to make one for you. She likes to do that kind of thing.

ReplyDeleteI'm telling you, tomorrow's the big day. December 6th. I'm glad that things are going well, though. :) The good news is that she has to come out at some point... and she'll be here before Christmas. :) I'm thinking of you and praying for you!
