Wuz happenin

I have been wanting to post for awhile but I have been busy reading the 60+ posts of friends/ family that I got while away at the family reunion. Whew! It seems like everyone been busy blogging lately. I think I need to declutter my google reader and get it down to just family and friends.

I don't even know where to start or what to blog about. There is so much I could blog about yet nothing too entertaining. Here is what we have been doing in pictures:

Kallie has been growing up fast. What else does she have to do, eh?
Stats: 16.5 lbs (30th percentile)
27 in. long (67th percentile)
and she has a big head (84th percentile)
She has become officially mobile. She half crawls, half scoots herself around. She can get from tummy to sitting on her own. She can get on hands and feet. I am in trouble. She is already into everything (I just had to get her away from the trash can she pulled down and was rummaging through) and I need to baby proof the house again. She is eating more solid foods and liking it. Still won't take a bottle- doesn't matter what is in it.

Brigg has been busy being a super hero. Notice the pencils sticking out the top of his tighty-whiteies. Those are his swords. He thinks all superheros fight in their underware. Here he is a dinosaur-superhero-spiderman. He also had a recent check-up at the doctors.
Stats: Almost 31 lbs. (28th percentile)
38 in. tall ((41st percentile)
15.03 BMI- translation: not obese
He has been experimenting with crayons, chalk, markers, knives, water, any type of liquid on our carpets, walls, appliances etc. His latest thing was getting 2 sharp knives and "digging" out a screw (how did he know it was there??) out of our entry wall. What?? Our house is slowly being destroyed (by a superhero).

We've been swimming.

Playing at Koby's extended family reunion. This was the mud football part.

Spectating the mud football. :)

Some kind of game getting your team of 3 and a pig through the tube, into the water, and back again. Koby, his big brother Rhett, and his big nephew (13 yrs old!) Ty.
Hanging out with parents.

And horseback riding.

We have had too much fun. And 2 more reunions to come! I haven't loved the heat, but I can't believe summer is almost over! Where did it go?
