Sometime I will upload all my pictures from this week and do a post on what is happening around here. Instead I have to go finish up a talk that I (and Koby) have to give tomorrow in sacrament meeting. Uhg. I hate public speaking. I think I don't like writing the talk more than actually giving it, although I don't like getting up in front of everyone. It is great to research, read scriptures, read conference talks and such in order to prepare to give the talk since it is always a topic I really need to work on, but I don't like the fact that I have to present it to others who seem to know so much more than I on any given subject. Oh well, I can only grow from the experience, eh? And hopefully I have done my duty for a few more years. :)
By the way, the topic is on "retaining a remission of our sins and recommitting ourselves to obeying the commandments. Not a coincidence with a new year coming and a topic I could really work on in my life. Wish me luck because I am going to need it!
Tomorrow I get to help out in nursery as well, which will be the last time I will get to be in nursery with Brigg since he will be in Sunbeams the following week! Not to worry though, I won't be "missing" nursery for too long as Kallie will be in there in a little over 5 more months. Hallelujah!
Since we have moved around I have given 7 talks in 9 years. Hudman has given 8. Not fun at all, I completely understand.
