Scary Monday

We had FHE last night. I know, wow, right? Ours are 10 min. little let's-talk-really-fast-and-sing-lots-of-songs-so-we-can
-keep-the-2-second-attention-span-of-our-3 year-old FHE nights. Last night I took the lesson part out of the Friend magazine. We sang the prophet song, talked about prophets and how Pres. Monson is our new prophet, and how we should follow the prophet. We took the picture of Pres Monson out of the magazine and wrote 3 things Kanoba wanted to do to follow the prophet (Say prayers, Read scriptures and hint, hint, Obey parents). The third one needs lots of practice. I was very happy that we were making good progress in the lesson despite Kanoba jumping on daddy the entire time. He was listening, what more can you ask? I then said with enthusiasm, "Let's go tape this to your wall!" Kanoba said "WHY?? That would be scary..... Let's go put it in Pumpkin's room". Needless to say, it is now hanging up in the hall after I got a picture.

  1. Hahahaha. That is awesome. I am so impressed that you have FHE. That is a long-time goal of mine that I have yet to fully reach. You rock!

PS... I think this layout is my favorite yet. :)
