On a brighter note....

I'm getting out of the funk I was in. Hallelujah! Koby coming home helped a lot, blessings helped a lot, and just relaxing and sleeping have helped a lot. If I think about the bad days I get a little anxious that they will come back but I'm trying to think positive because I know it is very much a mental thing triggering a physical response. I also realize that most people have dealt with something similar to what I did (I have too at other times in my life, just not this severe or long lasting) and somehow people survive.

Here are a few things that make me happy:

Kallie's hair in a ponytail! I never thought the day would come. The top hair doesn't go in so it is kind of a funky ponytail, but it is pulled back! The boy pj's didn't help the look though.

Brigg wanted me to take a picture of his hair tied up with a piece of yarn and Noah hanging from it.

My cute kids. I love it when they get along and share.

Eating frozen bananas and watching "Bolt".

Precious times like this. Kallie rarely falls asleep like this but she needed it after the crazy weekend we had. It is especially cute with her daddy. :)

Another thing that made me happy: squeaky cheese! Koby brought home some cheese curd from the cheese factory in Beaver. MMmmmmm. It didn't last long. He also brought chocolate mints (like Junior Mints) which are heaven in a bag.

As a side note, the baby name poll seems to be a little tied between Maren, Cassie and Addie. I'm glad no one voted for Vergie. :) I threw that one in as a joke because I saw it while I was doing family history extraction and I thought it would be such a cruel name to give to someone now days. Sydney and Maren are Koby's top two names with Maren being slightly in the lead. I like them both as well as Cassie and Tessa. I think I am taking Addie off the list. I have always really liked it but it is fairly common right now. I hope we can decide on a name before the baby comes because it would make it much easier.
