I should note that Koby's dad turned 70 this year so it was a big birthday year. The family had a big dessert surprise birthday when Soren and Nina came home for their P-day but I was up at girl's camp so I missed it. However, while they were down in the valley, I snuck over to their camp, somehow got passed security and heart attacked their trailer with all the hearts and messages made from the kids and grandkids. It was pretty fun. :)

The big 60!
My dad turned 60 this year. We heart attacked his door but didn't get to do any other big surprises because my dad planned a huge birthday party for himself! He had a big competition game night planned where we had races for the most points in doing croquet, throwing balls through hoops, bocce ball, balancing on boards, and racing across the yard and back with a kid inside a huge blow up ball. It was nuts. Instead of my dad getting spoiled with gifts, they spoiled the kids with gifts. Thanks for the party mom and dad!
