I actually hid the baskets this year... I forget every year because it wasn't tradition in my family but it was in Koby's so he helped me hide them.
Kallie found her's right away but needed some help getting it. :)

Koby hid Brigg's a little too hard to find so it took him a long while but he eventually found his basket!

Checking out their loot

Maren finally woke up but she wasn't happy about looking for her basket. She wanted it right then even though it was right in front of her face. She threw a little tantrum and then finally decided she really did want her basket.

We didn't have time to color eggs during the previous week so we finally did so after breakfast and before church. :) Saturday night i put the eggs on to boil, started a movie with koby and then forgot.... an hour later, I think the eggs were done! Oops!

Brigg had enough sunday outfits already (except he just put a hole in his dress pants today so I guess i will be buying some new ones) so I didn't get him anything. I made the girls matching dresses and finished them late night/ early morning Easter Sunday. Whew! I guess I have my yearly sewing project done already!

After church we went to my parents house for a BBQ.
My odd-ball brother sporting his hand crocheted pants.... that cost somewhere around $50 in yarn. One of the craziest, hideous items of clothing I have ever seen! Of course our comments only fueled his craziness.
Kallie came in drenched from the rain after playing all night outside in her Easter dress and snow boots. Go figure.I guess I should mention I really enjoyed the true reason for Easter... I felt the spirit pretty strongly throughout church. I had been praying to feel the spirit on Easter because I needed it especially at that time. I ended up bawling throughout most of church. Sometimes you get what you ask for!
