My gender poll is closed now, the guesses were boy:2, girl:7.
And the ultrasound determines it is..........
A little Girl!!!!
Yay for pink! Everything looks good, the placenta is where it should be (thank goodness I won't be needing to go to those extra ultrasounds at the hospital!), baby looks healthy, and everyone is excited. Well Brigg was disappointed at first. He really thought it was a boy and he wanted a little brother. On the way home he said he didn't want another sister (even though he loves Kallie), that he didn't like girls, and he didn't want any more. I explained to him how we don't get to pick if we have a boy or girl and that Heavenly Father picks. He was ok with that, but wasn't fine with another girl until I said he would have to be the big brother and protect and take care of his sisters. He got excited about that and said "ok, I want a sister". He likes being the super hero to his sister.
Anyhow, we are excited! I hope these two girls get along well or else the teenage years may be a little rough.
YEA! I knew it! Another little girl just fits!

ReplyDeleteCongratz! I am so glad she looks healthy and that the placenta is great as well. Thanks for having us over a couple of weeks ago and feeding us lunch. It was lots of fun. We'll have to do it again sometime!

Congratulations!!! My sister and I are 20 months apart and we were best friends and worst enemies growing up. We were and are very different personalities, but somehow that works. As adults we are very close and I am so grateful to have a sister. There is nothing like the bond between sisters.

I hope everything does go well for you. sorry i havn't gotten back with you, things have been crazy, Eric had a scout camp last weekend. every thing looks clear for this weekend if you guys are free. I'll have Eric call. i don't have your number and he's always at work when i think about it. I should just look it up iknow... i'm sooo lazy! LOL
